Jessica Simpson: Project Runway Judge – On Thursday, starlet Jessica Simpson made her trip to the “Project Runway” finale, where she was announced as the surprise guest judge. Now that Simpson’s denim line are available in stores, it is just right time that she is getting her fashionable feet wet at the runway shows of New York City Fashion Week.
Simpson wears a shimmering gray mini-dress as she joined judges Michael Kors, Nina Garcia and Heidi Klum on the catwalk, then carried on to business, evaluating the looks of the show’s finalists. Meanwhile, only 6 “Runway” episodes have been aired on Lifetime so far. All 10 of the remaining designers presented their collections so that the results of the finale will not be revealed.
The contestants presented a variety of designs as the judges and the celebrities like Jordin Sparks and Jamie-Lynn Sigler were watching.
Mondo’s collection was full of pink and polka dots, while Gretchen went with more muted tones. Ivy presented a beach-inspired collection and Valerie’s playful dresses and vests were right out of a Katy Perry video. The other contestants like Andy, April, Casanova, Christopher, Michael C. and Michael D. also shared their lines.
